No Returns Policy

At Epic Laser Cutting and Engraving, we take pride in crafting high-quality custom-engraved products made uniquely for you. Please carefully review the following policy regarding returns and exchanges:

Custom Engraved Products:

  1. No Returns or Exchanges
    All sales on custom-engraved items are final. Due to the personalised nature of these products, they cannot be resold or restocked. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or an error was made by us during the engraving process.

  2. Order Accuracy
    Please ensure all details, including names, dates, and designs, are communicated correctly to us during the ordering process. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for errors provided by the customer.

  3. Damaged or Defective Items
    If your item arrives damaged or there is an error in the engraving that differs from the order details, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We may request photographic evidence to assess the issue and will work with you to resolve it, including providing a replacement if necessary.

  4. Cancellation Policy
    Orders can only be canceled if the engraving process has not yet started. Once customisation has begun, cancellations are not possible. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via Messenger on our Facebook Page - Epic Laser Cutting and Engraving
