Home-Based Business Production Schedule
As a home-based business, our production schedule can vary depending on the volume of orders and the season.
We handle all orders on a first-come, first-serve basis and always strive to get your items to you promptly.
For smaller single orders, we aim to ship it within 4-7 working days. For larger or more complex orders we aim to ship or arrange a collection with you within 1 – 2 weeks. So please plan ahead where possible. Always contact us here first, if your order is urgent! Epic Laser Cutting and Engraving

Collection of your order
We offer in-store pickup BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please contact us via messenger on our Facebook page Epic Laser Cutting and Engraving to arrange a date and time for collection from our home-based business.
We are based at: 18 Harrier Ave, Loganholme, QLD.
As we are a home-based business, we may not always be home. It is important to contact us first prior to placing your order.
Please triple-check your online order
Once an order is placed, it goes directly into production and will be posted. As a result, we are unable to amend, add to, or cancel orders after they’ve been submitted. Please triple-check your order details to ensure accuracy before placing your order.
Please make sure that the address you provide to us during checkout is correct. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges to repost it to the corrected address.
Delays in delivery
We are not responsible for late delivery of your package due to an issue with the carrier, the carrier being unable to reach you to deliver the package, or unexpected delays due to inclimate weather or other events.
